Basically it is a program that watches your files and warns you if they get corrupted or change in some way.
The program is sold by GTek and you can read about it at by clicking here.
The program is a good idea in theory but we've noticed it having problems in the past.
Some Frequently Asked Questions
Its telling you that in some way a system file got changed. It could be that a hard drive is going out, that you have a virus, or that some needed files have been changed somehow.
There might be an uninstall option when you do Start,Programs...and
select the CyberWarner folder, or open Control panel, then Add/Remove
Programs, and select it from the list shown and click the remove key
Usually it comes pre-installed from the computer manufacturer, so to re-install they would have to have given you a CD disk.

We've not been able to find any support information on the GTek site.
