How to create a folder in Outlook Express.
Open Outlook Express
Either Press the Ctrl+Shift+E keys (simultaneously) or from the top menu select "File" the "New" then "Folder..."
The "Folder name" window will appear. Move the mouse pointer within the Folder name box and "Left Click" to get the "I" beam cursor, and type in the new name, in the example below it is calle "My New Folder"
Move the mouse to the "OK" button on the top right corner and click the left mouse button to finish creating the folder.
This new folder can be used to hold emails.
For example if you wanted to keep old emails, you can select the Sent Items folder, and when it opens with the mouse select the mails you want to keep and drag them to this new folder.
