  • Click Start | Settings | Control Panel | Folder Options | File Types
  • Scroll to Outlook Express Mail message and double click it.
  • Double click 'open'.
  • In "Application used to perform this action" enter the following:

    "C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /eml:%1
  • Click OK to close the window
