Description

Active Server Pages (ASP) is a technology used by IIS to provide Dynamic Web Page support for the Microsoft line of web products such as FrontPage97. HTML code with included script code is written into pages with the extension of ASP and are executed by the web server. It provides functionality for ActiveX and ODBC to allow a web page to access database records stored on the server.
