Specific Errors -

Note: Some of the APIX errors are caused by a bad version of the APIX file.

You can go do one of two things

1) Use SFC to replace the file APIX.VXD in the windows\system\iosubsyst

2) go to ADAPTEC's website and update your APIX.VXD file. The link is for this file is at the Adaptec page.

3) When you install zip drivers it might replace the system copy with its own version and create a backup copy "APIX.BAK". You can search for the files APIX.* and if you find two files, one having the BAK extension, you can rename APIX.VXD to APIX.OLD and then rename APIX.BAK to APIX.VXD.
