Possible Solutions

• Change the CD-ROM drive Disconnect option
  1) Open the Control Panel
  2) Double-click System, click the Device Manager tab
  3) Double-click the CD-ROM entry
  4) Click on the CD-ROM device name so it is selected
  5) Click on the Properties button
  6) Click the Settings tab
  7) Clear the Disconnect option check box
  8) Click OK
  9) Restart the computer when you are prompted
