Errors with VCACHE

We currently do not have a solution for this error message

Examples of errors

• A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C0035359 in VXD VCACHE(01) + 000002D5
• "A Fatal Exception has occurred at 0028:c0029686 (or 0028:c002a60c) in VXD VCACHE(01)" occurs when installing WordPerfect 8. 
  Disabling write behind caching for all drives before installation corrects this issue (19075)

Some things to try

1. Go into BIOS and disable the L2 external cache and/or the L1 internal cache to see if it makes the problem go away. This is not a good solution since the computer will run slower but might give a clue to the problem.
2. Lower your video acceleration and/or lower the resolution (i.e. from 800x600 to 640x480) to see if it helps
