Problems with Readiness Analyzer -
The fix according to Microsoft KB article Q250878 is to "Run winnt32 /checkupgradeonly from the Windows 2000 Professional CD-ROM. Because upgrading Windows 95 or Windows 98 on a dual-boot computer is blocked by Setup, removing the other operating system before running the tool is the preferred solution. You cannot upgrade until the other installation process has finished."
